Stretch - stretch objects while playing (not spikes, blocks, gears etc.)
Follow camera - allows a group to follow the camera in different ways (e.g. delay). Useful for custom backgrounds.
Freeze - stop the player's movement (forward) for a certain duration.
Scale - scale objects while playing.
Attempt - toggles a group on a certain attempt(s)
Animated backgrounds (also grounds) to look more realistic.
Green swing orb - rotates player around an object while holding (only clockwise, for now)
Pink swing orb - same as green swing orb + flip gravity
